2017 Kia Soul Styling & Interior Features

Without a shred of doubt, Kia has outdone itself with the 2017 Soul, designing a compact vehicle that is small, yet delivers appropriate spaciousness for storing cargo and accommodating passengers. With a wider wheelbase, the vehicle has changed a bit. Front and rear bumpers have changed significantly and the Plus trim gets body-color inserts. As you move up to the Exclaim trim, you get LED fog lights, HID headlights, dual-exhaust tips, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The 2017 Kia Soul can easily seat up to five passengers. Base models get standard cloth seats, while top trim levels get leather seats and a sporty D-Shaped Steering wheel. 2017 Kia Soul Specs

The 2017 Kia Soul is available with three engine options. Standard on Base models is the 1.6-liter, 16-valve, inline-four engine, connected to a six-speed manual/automatic transmission that produces 118 lb.-ft. of torque and 130 horsepower. Soul Plus models feature the more satisfactory 2-liter, 16-valve, inline-four engine, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission, generating an impressive 161 horsepower and 151 lb.-ft. of torque. The Exclaim model boasts the new-and-improved 1.6-liter turbocharged inline-four engine paired with a Sportmatic® seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. This engine allows drivers to leverage 201 horsepower and 195 lb.-ft. of torque. All Soul models feature a front-wheel drivetrain and prove to be incredibly fuel-efficient on the city roads and the highways.
