Kelly McNeff just took over as vice president of Corporate Communications for Toyota Motor North America. This new Toyota leadership ensures that the automaker will continue moving in the right direction, further establishing ideal practices near Chino Hills, CA.
Kelly McNeff is now responsible for leading all external and internal communication activities. This includes business, brand and executive communication. Her responsibilities also include creating a social media channel strategy and implementing the content.
She joins TMNA from her previous job at McKesson Corporation. This company is a Fortune 7 healthcare leader. Here she acted as the vice president of Transformation Communications. During her time at McKesson, she was responsible for forming the global business model across five units. This included working with investors, stakeholders and the media. She also partnered with her senior leaders to create and launch a plan that aligned the stakeholders across the corporation.
Her experience doesn’t end there. Before that, she was with Kimberly-Clark for more than a decade. She held various roles in marketing, internal communications, strategic communications and executive communications. She was in charge of the company’s international communications throughout Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe.
With her bachelor’s  degree in business administration, she now lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where she can head up the operations at Toyota’s North American Headquarters in Plano, Texas. With her vast experience behind the wheel, we anticipate good things for the Toyota brand nationwide, as well as near Corona, CA.
